Gluten-Free

One thing I have appreciated about Ireland is there assortment of gluten-free foods.  It is not only available but very affordable.  Anyone traveling to Ireland with an intolerance to wheat or gluten would be happy to know that there are many options available to them.  Not only are there options in the markets but also in the restaurants and coffee shops.
Almost every item on this shelf is gluten-free.

We found this in the Deli as well as other options.

I did it! I dared to drive on the "Wrong Side of the road"

I have officially drove on the left side of the road while sitting on the right side of the car!
I went in the early morning when few people are on the road.  I made it a point to go alone with no children or husband to distract me.  The best way to do it is to just keep repeating,
"Left side, left side."  It turns out it wasn't all that bad and I think I will get the hang of it soon enough, although I don't plan on going into Dublin anytime soon.  I am going to need a LOT more practice for that one!
